Elegant Instruments require at least Aquaintance with the Galadhrim to use, and at least Friend to purchase the recipe.
The Lossoth Harp Satakieli requires Kinship reputation with the Lossoth to use, and purchase the recipe.
Sheet Music Recipes are purchased from the Novice or Expert Scholar NPC, other than the Supreme Sheet Music recipe, which is a drop.
